We’re looking for people you’d want coaching you.
Teachers and authors who lead people toward Christ — and who’d rather do that on a platform built for it than stitch together six that weren’t. Apply to Join the Team

Who we’re looking for
Teachers and Content Creators
There are two ways to join, and the difference between them is simple: whether you’re bringing written work with you.
Teachers. You teach. Live classes, workshops, and your own courses, in a community being built right now. SowGood gives you one place to do all of it — a stage for live sessions, a home for your courses, and people who came here looking for exactly what you teach. You bring the expertise and the heart for people. We bring the platform.
Content Creators. You’ve written a book, a workbook, or a course grounded in Christ-centered principles, and you’re open to it becoming the foundation of an AI assistant — one that helps someone at 2am, when no class is running. This is how Abby and Solomon exist: built on Leslie Householder’s and Dennis Deaton’s published works, with their blessing and their involvement. You’re welcome to teach in the community as well.
Which one are you? If you’ve written something you’d want to become an assistant, you’re a Content Creator — and you can teach here as well. If you’re bringing your teaching but not written work, you’re a Teacher. It only goes one way: a Content Creator can teach, but teaching on its own doesn’t make you a Content Creator — that takes the written work.
If you’re still not sure, say so on the application — that’s what the conversation is for.
What we’re actually looking for
This is the real list.
- Authentic faith, not formal credentials. We care more about your walk than your letters. Credentials help. They don’t decide it.
- Someone we’d want coaching us. That’s the test, and it’s not a figure of speech. We say it out loud in every review.
- Humble and teachable. You can name a time you got it wrong, and what it cost, and what you learned.
- A great listener. You ask better questions than you give answers.
- Kingdom-minded. You want the people in front of you to grow, whether or not it grows you.
- Grace with the truth. You can tell someone something hard without making them smaller.
And honestly, who isn’t a fit
We’d rather say this plainly than waste your time.
- If you can’t talk about your own failures, this won’t work. Our members are going to bring you theirs.
- If the first question is what it pays, it’s probably not the right fit. It’s a fair question — just not the first one.
- If your faith foundation is hard to describe, we’re not the place to work that out.
- If you hold the line without holding the person, we’re not aligned. Truth and love aren’t separated here.
None of that is a judgment about you. It’s about whether this particular room is yours.
How it works
From application to onboarding
Apply
A written application — your faith story, your background, how you’d handle a couple of real coaching situations, and samples of your work. It takes a while, on purpose.
Talk with us
If it’s a fit, a live conversation, about an hour. Part of it is a real coaching role-play. We don’t skip that part, because it’s the part that tells us the most.
The practical things
Agreements, and the details of how your work shows up in the app. Nothing surprising.
Onboard
We set up your space, your listing, and whatever your role needs, and we walk you into the community rather than dropping you in it.
About getting paid
This is a paid partnership.
Every role here earns.
We’ll walk you through exactly how it works for your role when we talk — properly, with real numbers, in a conversation where you can ask questions. We’d rather do that than reduce it to a headline on a web page, because the honest answer depends on which role you’re in and what you want to build.
If that answer matters to you, ask early in the conversation. It’s a fair question.
